Windermere Florida is still in first position for having more million dollar homes than any other city in Central Florida. Of the most expensive home sales in Central Florida in 2014, the top three were in Windermere. Almost one half of the high value homes sold were in Windermere Florida.

 

In fact, currently there are 141 single family homes in Windermere priced from $1,000,000 and up to more than $16 Million dollars.

In the past 6 months, 5 Windermere Million Dollar Foreclosures sold for a price of $1 Million dollars or more.  Yes, they did sell quickly.  These Windermere Million Dollar Foreclosures were only on the market 5 days, 10 days, 13 days, 21 days and 33 days which also included time for negotiations, which can be days or longer.

 

These Windermere Million Dollar Foreclosures sold for 92%-109% of listed price for an average price of $227 a square foot.

 

To my seasoned eye, most of the Windermere Million Dollar Foreclosures that were sold in the past 6 months looked like bargains.
