Ashton is a gated subdivision community inside of the larger master-planned Hunter’s Creek, a community of Orlando. This subdivision is located on the shores of Lake Calabay just off of Hunter’s Creek Boulevard.
There are only 34 homes in Ashton and it is the only community in Hunter’s Creek that is fully fenced in providing a quiet and close-knit community. Homes in this community were constructed in 1996 and 1997. Most homes have lakefront lots and have roomy four and five-bedroom floorplans. Features of homes in Ashton include screened-in private pools, large master suites, traditional architecture, and great kitchens. At the very front of the community is Calabay Park with a small picnic area and tot lot.
The average home price for Ashton is about $350,000 with the highest price at around $900,000 in the lowest at about $200,000. Homes sold in Ashton sell for 97% of their list to sale price. These homes hold of their value. This gated community off of hunters Creek Boulevard on Lake Calabay features less than 100 residents. Most homes feature four or five-bedroom layouts with screened-in swimming pools.Due to the low number of homes within the community, there are rarely two or three homes on the market at any given time and those that do hit the market sell fairly quickly.

Schools
There are four elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school in Hunter’s Creek. Elementary schools in Hunter’s Creek include Hunter’s Creek Elementary School, Endeavor Elementary School, West Creek Elementary School, and John Young Elementary School. Middle schools include Hunter’s Creek Middle School and Freedom Middle School. The high school for Hunter’s Creek is Freedom High School.
