Northlake Park is a 500-acre community in the Lake Nona area on the Eastside of Orlando. This community is accessible along Dowden Road to the north or Northlake Pkwy. to the south. Although this is a non-gated community, most throughway traffic a residence or their guests. The community borders the Lake Nona YMCA Family Center and community swimming pool along Northlake Parkway. The Cornerstone Charter Academy for grades kindergarten through 12th grade is also an option, but it’s about 7 miles from Northlake Park.
Things to do in Northlake Park & Schools
Less than five minutes from Northlake Park are shops and services on the intersection of Dowden Road and Narcoossee Rd. This includes markets, restaurants, salons, fitness studios, and more. Interstate 528 is just a few minutes north. South of the intersection of Moss Park Road, or even more services such as the Publix supermarket a cornerstone, Walgreens, banks, and multiple restaurants and cafés.
Northlake Park is full of activity options right inside the community. All homes are within walking distance of a great variety of outdoor activity that can be enjoyed year-round in the beautiful Orlando weather. There is limited access to Lake Nona.
The schools of the Lake Nona are top rated one is even located in the Northlake Park Community. Northlake Park Elementary School shares a building with the Northlake YMCA and offers a unique learning experience that other elementary schools do not offer. Northlake YMCA is an A rated school. The Lake Nona area also has middle and high school just minutes away also offering unique learning experiences that partner with learning opportunities at Medical City.
