Hutchings Farm Winery is the best keep secret in Apopka.   A small family owned winery small enough to hand pick just the perfect grapes for wine making.  They use different varities of Muscadine and Bunch grapes to make several delicious wine blends.   They are open 4 days a week for wine  tours, wine tasting, and wine purchases.

Lake Ridge Winery and Vineyards, Clermont

 

The largest winery in Florida spans over 127 acres and is located 25 miles from Orlando.   They use both Muscadine and Bunch grapes and sell 14 different bottles of wines.   The also sell food and gift baskets right onsite.  You can take a complimentary tour open 7 days a week or attend one of their wine  festivals.   If you are not in the Clermont area, but want to buy their wines, Publix grocery stores usually carry 3 different bottles in stock.

Oak Haven Farms and Winery, Sorrento

 

Located in Sorrento and close to west Sanford is home to Oak Haven Farms and Winery.  They began as a farm that added wine making in 2010. They grow the traditional Muscadine grapes, but also specialize in Strawberry and Blueberry wine.   You can even pick your own fresh strawberries, in addition, to wine tasting throughout different months during the year.
