Buenaventura Lakes is a larger community just south of the main Orlando metro area. These homes are typically in the Kissimmee Florida area just outside of Orlando in the community covers from Highway 249 East Hwy. 530, north to the border of Orlando south to La Paz Dr.

Also known as BVL, Buenaventura Lakes is home to about 27,000 residents and is part of the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford Metro area.
