Schools

These homes are part of the Orange County school district and are zoned for the MetroWest elementary school, the Coffman middle school, and the Olympian high school. The Cornerstone Academy K – 8 and High School are also available that are around 9 miles away. The elementary and middle school less than a mile from this Lake.

This is primarily a residential neighborhood. Lake Rose and Lake Hiawassee are also close by offering several residential neighborhoods as well. On the south side of the lake, homes range from $200,000-$650,000 with the average being a right around $320,000. Some of the homes offer gated entrances and larger lots. Most of the homes are surrounded by trees.
