Bay Lakes at Granada is quiet and secluded with well-groomed tree-lined streets, and manicured lawns. The community also has a child’s play area and tennis courts. Homes surround two lakes Lake Sloat and Lake Tucker, these lakes are very quiet as they are private to residents of the neighborhood making them much quieter than many of the larger lakes in Dr. Phillips.
