Country Lake Estates is a gated community located in Orlando Florida about 20 minutes from downtown but still with an Orlando address. This enclave of about 45 homes and five or six vacant lots have been being built out since 2005. Each lot is between 2 acres and 5 acres and home prices are between $500,000 and $950,000.

The homes that sit adjacent to Corner Lake have lakefront access, larger lots, and wooded or forested property. About 10 homes sit along E Sure Loop and have access to the water, boat docks, or even boat slips.
Most homes have backyard swimming pools, extensive yards, and entertainment options. This is a private, gated community, which borders the Corner Lake equine hospital.
Most homes have three car garages, four and five bedroom layouts, and sizes from 3000 ft.² to 4500 ft.². Most driveways have enough space for at least eight total vehicles, boats, and RV parking. “This area is very peaceful and it’s a well-maintained gated community with oversized lots. There are mature oak trees, beautiful streetscapes, tall palm trees around pools and lakes, and not a lot of ugly fences between the homes. There’s a lot of privacy with pine and cypress trees adding to the border of many properties.”
Residents have seen deer in the mornings and evenings, towels, bald eagles, turkeys, squirrels, and fireflies.
Schools and Nearby
Residents of Country Lake Estates are assigned to the Orlando school district and are served by the Columbia Elementary, less than a half a mile away, the Corner Lake middle school, and the East River high school. The middle school is about a mile from this neighborhood and the high school is about 1 1/2 miles. Columbia Elementary receives an 8 out of 10 by great schools.org and is historically one of the best schools in the area.
This is primarily a residential neighborhood with Cyprus Lake homes right across the street from Country Road 419. But, about a mile down the road at the intersection of E. Colonial Dr. and Chuluota Rd (419) are most things people would need on a daily basis such as a Dollar General, Walgreens, banks, the Publix supermarket, auto-parts, gas stations and more. The middle school and high school are also located right at this intersection.
The Orlando international airport is about 25 to 30 minutes south and downtown Orlando is about 18 miles west. Major Disney attractions are about 45 minutes from Country Lake Estates.
