Courtlea Oaks is a community in Winter Garden Florida just minutes from Lake Apopka and a couple of minutes from the intersection of Florida’s Turnpike and 429. The community sits surrounding Dillard street elementary school and incorporates the small Jesse Brock Community Center. Most of the homes are located around the school just off of E. Division Rd. and Forest Haven Drive.
