Orwin Manor is a neighborhood in downtown Orlando Florida nestled between Rose Isle, Lake Formosa, Fairview Shores and Winter Park. The neighborhood encompasses Lake Winyah and Lake Estelle and borders Lake Sue. With a population of about 2800 residents, it’s been noted as one of the best places to live in Orange County. Residents are part of the Orange County school district and are assigned to the Audubon Park elementary school, the Glenridge middle school, and the Winter Park high school. These schools receive excellent ratings by great schools.org and are popular among teachers, students, and parents alike. The Cornerstone Academy is also assigned to this community as is the Killarney elementary school, however its slight distance from Orwin Manor.

The Dubsdread Golf Course is just a couple of minutes West and the Mead Botanical Garden borders Orwin Manor to the north. Along N. This is a convenient location with a lot of great amenities and most homes do not have homeowner association fees.
