Rosemont Florida is located northwest of downtown Orlando between Lockhart, Signal Hill, Lake Fairview and Seaboard Industrial. This entire community surrounds Lake Orlando and is home to several residential neighborhoods, community centers, condominiums, and amenities. The median home value is about $102,000 with the median rent of $870,000. There are beautiful lakefront homes ranging from $400,000-$800,000 and your money definitely stretches a little bit further in Rosemont than in places like Dr. Phillips and Windermere. Homes were built between the 1960s and 1990s and lakefront homes can sit on anywhere from a half-acre to an acre and a half.

Schools and Nearby

Rosemont is part of the Orange County School District and many of the homes around Lake Orlando are served by the Rosemont Elementary school or the Rolling Hills Elementary school, the Edgewater high school, and the two Cornerstone Academy charter schools about 9 miles from this location. The Lake Fairview Park is close by featuring picnic facilities, water activities on Lake Fairview, and baseball and soccer fields right across the street at Trotters Park. The Rosemont Community Center is a great place to cool off in the summertime with swimming pools, water activities, fitness centers, senior activities, youth camps, and more. On the corner of N. Pine Hills Rd. and Clarcona Ocoee Rd are several conveniences such as churches, self-storage, markets, restaurants, convenience stores, and more.
