Sawgrass Plantation is a new construction residential community in Orlando. This community features homes in a great location with several amenities. Sawgrass is on the corner of Plantation Oak Drive and Boggy View Drive in West Orlando.
There are ten different one and two-story floor plans for buyers to choose from. Homes offer four and five bedrooms ranging in size from 2536 square feet to over 4100 square feet. The Reserve at Sawgrass
Reserve at Sawgrass is another part of Sawgrass including some of Beazer Homes most luxurious single family homes. This community is in a great location near Lake Nona and the Florida Mall just off of Wetherbee Road.
Beazer Homes has created a program they call Choice Plans. It allows homeowners to choose from a large range and variety of room-specific floor plans to create a unique and customized brand new home that fits the owners’ lifestyle perfectly. There are two series of homes available in the Reserve at Sawgrass: the Traditional Series and the Classic Series. There many spacious one level floor plans available that are great for anyone seeking a home without stairs.

Schools
Residents of the Sawgrass community attend the Wetherbee elementary school, the South Creek middle school, and the Cypress Creek high school. The elementary school is about 1 1/2 miles from this community and the high school is about 2 1/2 miles but the middle school is less than a half a mile down the road.
