Built in 2006, The Sanctuary has 19 floors and 177 units. There is valet parking for guests of residents and a 24-hour concierge always ready to lend a hand. Residents of the Sanctuary are part of the Orange County school district and are served by the Hillcrest Elementary school, the Howard middle school, and the Edgewater high school. The Cornerstone Academy is about 5 miles from this building.
The Abbey
The Abbey is a master-planned mixed-use venue offering live entertainment options on a nightly basis. It situated on the ground floor of the Sanctuary high-rise condo building and features concerts, community theaters, cabaret acts and comedians.
The MEZZ
