Lake Nona VA Hospital slated for completion in 2015

The new Lake Nona VA Hospital and Medical Center will be the one of the biggest VA hospitals in the nation.

This VA Medical City will have it all. It is a $665 million dollar project that will be rolling out in three phases.

This Lake Nona VA hospital will for sure have the latest in technology and an array of much needed services. Primary care providers, medical specialists, dental, vision, and mental health services will also be offered at the Lake Nona VA Hospital. This also includes plans for an emergency room and over night patients in the 138 bed VA hospital. The Lake Nona VA hospital will also offer same-day surgeries.

This Lake Nona VA Hospital is the fist one built since 1995. There are over 1.8 Million Veterans that call Florida home and 400,000 currently utilize the Va Medical Facilities in Central Florida.
