Estancia will be completed in two phases; the first phase includes the southern part of the community and the only main road is Estancia Woods Loop. There are six homes on the eastern side bordered by a large pond. Many of these homes will also back up to the Willows community or homes to the south. Estancia is currently scheduled to have 50 homes built when completed and there are currently five model homes to choose from. Homes are both single and two-story and come with home warranties. Schools
Schools for Estancia are provided by the Windemere High school, Bridgewater middle school, and the Windermere Elementary school through the Orange County Public School district.
