Westfield Lakes is a non-gated community located north of Lake Beulah just off of Warrior Road in Winter Garden Florida. This collection of about 60 homes were built in the mid-2000’s and feature four and five bedroom layouts, two-story designs, and between 2530 500 ft.². Most homes have either two or three car garages with bright and open floor plans and several with a three-way split plan.
Homeowners dues are about $55 per month and cover common area maintenance, amenities, and management. Westfield Lakes feature playgrounds, tennis courts, appear on Lake Beulah and it’s close to shopping, dining, and easy highway access. Residents can either had East to Highway 429 or through other neighborhoods on Warrior Road.
Schools and nearby
Residents are part of the Orange County school district, a part of Winter Garden, and are served by the Lake Whitney elementary school, the Ocoee middle school and the West Orange high school. The elementary school receives top reviews and ratings by parents, teachers, and students alike and is less than a mile away. The Cornerstone Academy can also serve this area but is closer to 13 miles from Westfield Lakes.
Home prices are between $350,000 and $490,000 and several homes border Lake Beulah. These homes have docks, piers, and water access. Those bordering the lake are not necessarily more expensive so if you’re interested in the lakefront home, this might be a great option. There are also a couple other lakes within the community but those the border of the lake have a little bit larger lot square footage.
