Falcon Pointe is a neighborhood of Hunters Creek, a master-planned community in Orlando. Falcon Pointe is located just outside of Mallard Park and is one of the largest communities in Hunters Creek.
There are 165 homes in Falcon Pointe built between the years 1991 and 1996. Homes in Falcon Point are spacious with traditional architecture common features of homes include three-car garages, nicely manicured lawns, large master suites with five-piece bath, open living areas with a kitchen just off of the family room, private screened-in pools and lanais, large kitchens, and den/bonus rooms. Many homes have views or frontage on the neighborhood’s 3 small ponds or two lakes which homeowners can go boating on ( in non-motor boats). Homes for sale in Falcon Pointe are priced from $350,000 – $500,000.
Hunters Creek
Hunters Creek is a large master-planned community in Orlando with residents that are involved in the Home Owner’s Association who care about quality of community both in upkeep of property and community events. There are 7 community parks and 11 miles of trails that wind through conservation areas. Well attended community events include free concerts and movies in the parks, Fourth of July Celebration, Hunter’s Creep Night and Halloween Party and Holiday Festivities. There is a great recreational sports program for children living in Hunters Creek.
The Hunter’s Creek Golf Club is a par 72 18-hole championship course designed by Lloyd Clifton. This course has been named as one of the “Top 75 Public Golf Courses to Play” by Golf Digest Magazine. Beautifully manicured spacious fairways are set among 13 lakes. After your round of golf enjoy a meal at the Creekside Grille. The Golf Club is a premier spot to host special events in the Orlando area.
Hunters Creek has easy highway access and is just a short drive from two international airports, Downtown Orlando, Restaurant Row, Mall of Millennia, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, the town of Kissimmee and everything else in the greater Orlando area.
Schools
Residents with school-age children are assigned to the Endeavor Elementary school, the Hunters Creek middle school and the Freedom High school.
