The Champions Gate brand new Townhomes are the better deal over re-sales. The resales were built 9 years ago and probably need new carpet and paint.  In addition, they do not contain any of the energy efficient features of the brand new homes.  Let’s also not forget, that no one has lived there…except may you will.  New is always nice.

Champions Gate is a growth area within 15-minute drive to Disney’s World Class Attractions.  It is 31 miles to Orlando International Airport.  Champions Gate is also very convenient to I-4 and highway 429 Expressway.
