September had record breaking sales for the past two years. Downtown Orlando zip code 32801 sold 40 properties that month. It’s almost doubled from 22 sales in August. Check out monthly sales numbers in the last 2 years. Downtown Orlando real estate is on fire!


Sold Prices Skyrocketting


Not only were the number of monthly sales the highest in September, but the median price jumped almost $100,000 since August. The median price in September 2015 was $277,064 and September 2016 was $446,146. The median price nearly doubled compared to September 2015.

  • 21 of the sales where Condos priced $115,000 to $700,000 (7 paid cash, 10 new conventional loans, 3 assumed loans)


  • 5 of the sales where Single Family Homes priced $262,000 to $512,000 (2 paid cash, 2 new conventional loans, 1 assumed loan)


  • 14 of the sales where Town Homes $600,000 to $760,000 (3 paid cash, 4 new conventional loans, 7 assumed loans)

Why Downtown Orlando?


Downtown Orlando is urban style living and where all the action is. It offers both historic homes, brick paved streets, condo towers and walking distance of venues. Lake Eola centers the residential area. Here you can find festivals, jogging and walking path, restaurants, yoga in the park and romantic stroll.
