Oxford Moor is a housing community in the town of Windermere. This community is made up of 85 Mediterranean and contemporary style estate homes located on Winter Garden Vineland Road just west of Marleon Drive.
Residents are required to pay monthly homeowner association dues of about $150. Please check with current listings for exact prices. HOA dues can change from year to year. This covers common area maintenance, management, and landscaping. Most homes have at least one half to one full acre.

The public schools of Windermere are some of the best in Florida. These schools are part of the Orange County School District they receive consistently high ratings and test scores. All public schools zoned for Oxford Moor are around five miles from the neighborhood. Windermere also has a large number of private schools including some of the best in the nation. The famed Windermere Preparatory is within walking distance of Oxford Moor.
Residents of Oxford more are assigned to the Windermere Elementary school, the Bridgewater middle school, and the Windermere high school. The schools rank exceedingly high for academics and educational programs.
