This community is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the Lake Nona area. It is fully established with no current construction going on. The homes are built by well-known developer KB Homes. All homes are built with traditional styling and architecture ranging in size from 1800 square feet to 3400 square feet. Nearly every home has water or conservation areas bordering back yards. Common features in homes include open living spaces, large master suites with a five-piece master bath, large kitchens overlooking eat-in dining areas and family rooms. Prices of homes for sale in Stratford Pointe are in the $3-400,000s.

The neighborhood is lined with sidewalks and there is a community park in the center allowing residents the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The neighborhood is adjacent to the 417 Greenway and just east of Narcoossee Road. It has two entrances off of Kirby Smith Road.

Lake Nona is one of Orlando’s newest communities centered around Medical City. Residents are part of the Orange County public school district and are served by the Moss Park elementary school or the Northlake Park community elementary school, the Lake Nona middle school, and the Lake Nona high school. Residents may also attend the Cornerstone Academy, but this is about 10 miles from this neighborhood.

Schools in Lake Nona offer a unique and cutting edge learning environment. One elementary school is located in the local branch of the YMCA offering a host of fitness and education options not available in other schools. Since schools are located in the shadow of Medical City all schools in the district are part of what is called a collaborative learning environment.
